Today I am going to tell you some healthy Christmas treats. Treats that allow you to feel like you are eating something that is full of sugar but without it doing harm to your body. Then by the end of Christmas, you would have enjoyed your treats without feeling guilty.
People really love pumpkin flavoured things. But they aren't the best for you. Why not try Pumpkin spiced homemade fudge. It's yummy, buttery and is great if you have a sweet tooth. They are great for giving to someone as gifts too. It takes three simple steps to make. It's a really get things to try and share with your friends and family.
Banana bread is my favourite thing to have for breakfast. It's filling, yummy and full of fruit. This is also great if you have banana's that you are going off. Then stops you from wasting food and it makes something yummy at the same time.
Oat raisin cookies are super tasty. If you have a certain flavouring you like as well you can add it to the mixture. I love raisins a lot in things like cookies so I would add them more extra flavour and taste.
Here you go three tasty treat for someone that has a sweet tooth for around Christmas time!
I would love to know in the comments what healthy treats you have around Christmas time.
See you next time for another.
