Bucket List | 2018

If you've been reading my blog for a while then you will know that each year I love to do a bucket list for the year. Things I want to achieve throughout the year and longer. Each year I do a new one I compare it to the last one. I say what I have achieved on my list and what I haven't. I also say what I want to carry on doing. This is something I love to do. It helps me to achieve my best throughout the year.

Let's start, shall we...

The first thing on my list that I said I wanted to achieve was reaching my 100th blog post and to do my first give away. I have reached my 100 blog post, but I have sadly not done a giveaway. Saying that I am super happy with the fact I achieved the goal of 100 blog posts. Carrying on with my blog I would love to reach my 200th and go to my first blogging event. I need to do some research first before I go to one. It's something that I have wanted to do for years. So hopefully this year will be the time.

I then went on to talk about myself as a person. I wanted to get fitter. I did try to I did jogging for a couple of months here and there. But I really struggled to keep it up. This year though I will be doing the Race for Life so this should help with that and be a lot of fun. I am looking forward to it but at the same time dreading. I'm not that into running but due to this being for charity I am more than willing to do it.

This time last year I was starting my apperentership. I was saying that I would love to have finished it and passed. Got my qualification under my belt. I am still completing it with only one assignment left. This is still my goal and then to get a full-time job. This would be great for me. Being able to get a good job and money under my belt.

I was talking about last time that I wanted to do some travelling. Such as going to New Zealand. Sadly since then, I haven't done much so this is something I will keep putting on my list until I have. I love exploring and seeing different things in the world. I love being able to see different cultures and learning new things. Travelling is great for that.

I did say that I wanted to pass my driving test and sadly this is still the case. I have been so busy with work and things that I haven't really been concentrating on achieving that. But I have booked a test so hopefully, this will change.
I love road trips and I managed to go on one in the last year. Which was pretty cool. I am hoping that in the next year I will go on more. So I can go see new places and do something fun with my friends. This one really connects with the travelling aspect. It is something that I think a lot of people say they want to do more of.

I MANAGED TO GET ANOTHER TATTOO! I did say that I would be getting a tigers head on my arm. Instead, I got my wave tattoo. I LOVE IT. It's something that I always look at and feel so happy. It takes me back to my happy place. I love seeing how pretty it is too.
There you go here are my goals for 2018. Some of these are a bit more realistic than others. But that's okay I love setting goals and I don't want to put too much pressure on myself to achieve them.

See you next time for another.

  1. I love how these goals are realistic and straight to the point. I have been also procrastinating to start exercising since quite some time now. Here, wishing 2018 be a great year for these goals to turn into reality xx

    1. Thank you, I feel like there isn't any point in making goals that you are never going to reach. It's tricky trying to get fitter isn't it? Thank you, and for you and your goals!xx
